More Ups and Downs.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Out of desperation to get a good night’s sleep, last night we both enjoyed a hot mug of Sleepy-Time Tea before going to bed. We both slept like a couple of rocks to the point that we slept in this morning. Even after opening all the Blinds to let what light would come in, I had to go back to pull the Blankets off Kathy’s head and wake her with a Kiss. After a smile she had quick look at the Clock and nearly jumped out of bed. It was at that moment she started shaking uncontrollably, because it was warmer in bed, than out.

We enjoyed our late breakfast and talked more about what happened yesterday. She always loves to go out with Karen and Melissa, because of the fun and laughter they have together.

Thought it was 23 F (-5 C) with the Thirty MPH Winds that were carrying fine flecks, it made it feel more like 9 F (-13 C).

While Kathy was enjoying the way her Computer was then working, I kept hearing a Vibration Sound from our phones. When I checked it was not mine. It was a text telling Kathy there was a waiting Voice Message, that had come in yesterday afternoon while she was out with the Girls. The problem is that anything she puts in her Purse, wiggles its way to the bottom. Even with her Hearing Aides she seldom hears it in there. Our Family Doctor already referred her to a Specialist to deal with her High Blood Sugar. They want to set up an appointment, but all she needs to do is curb her appetite for Bread.

After lunch Kathy was still feeling the affects of the Sleepy-Time Tea but didn’t want to fall asleep. Since it was still Sxxwing outside, we soon headed out the door to walk the halls like we did a few weeks ago. Again, we climbed the Stairs to the Ninth Floor then headed to the North Stairwell up to the Tenth Floor. We then headed to the South Stairwell and started working our way down. Unlike the last time, this time we made it all the way down to the First Floor and back up to the Second Floor, before taking the Elevator up to our floor.

All that exercise felt good, as a fact it wasn’t my Hip that had us stop, but Kathy was getting a little short of breathe. Maybe, if we keep doing this and both lose some weight, we’ll both be breathing easier.

We sat for a few minutes before I started cooking supper. We enjoyed Grilled Ham, Sauteed Zucchini, Brussels Sprouts and Homemade Fries. We topped it off with a bowl of Cubed Cantaloupe for dessert.

Once the Dishes were all cleaned and put away, we headed back to the Computers. After getting Kathy’s running properly yesterday, I was !@#$%^ed when mine would not let me go On-Line or open my files. After it was restarted I found the Anti-Virus stopping everything and had to restart it again. I later found that it had wiped out the Mathematical Equation on the same Spreadsheet it did a month ago. It somehow added an extra variable on all the Yearly Sums. I’ll finish getting it fixed tomorrow.

We later watched a Hallmark Christmas Movie for some entertainment.

Welcome to December.
