Recreating Leftovers, Exercise and Planning For Tomorrow.

We felt quite well rested after lazing about until 8:00 this morning. Again we managed to sleep the entire night which is not always the case as we’ve written about as recently as last week.

Thinking that we’d have a slow morning we simply had a Banana for breakfast taking our Coffee/Tea to the Computers.
Wet morning.
The Rain would continue throughout the day only changing its intensity.

Steve the Pharmacist from the drug store we deal with was calling to verify that Kathy had discontinued taking the Medication that she had a reaction to over a week ago.
Kathy suggested we have our heavier meal at lunch so that our bodies would digest it better before we went to bed tonight. She recreated yesterdays Leftovers by making the equivalent of a Sauteed Stew that she added an Open Faced Grilled Cheese Sandwich. She then served a piece of Chocolate Cake, an Orange and Yogurt Cup for dessert.

There was more work on the Phone which seemed to draw us down. The only way I could recover from that was to exercise which not only helps one physically but mentally as well.

After getting totally caught up reading all the Blogs we follow we watched the 6 o’clock Local News.
The Sun nearly broke through the Rain.
Kathy made Macaroni and Cheese for our supper while we watched a Hallmark Movie along with more information about the Coronavirus.

I later spoke to our son about putting a few things from our Trailer into the Garden Shed that we have stored at his house in Amherstburg. We’ll be doing that tomorrow. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  2. Well that's certainly something we have in common. I was on hold for 35 minutes recently. Persistence pays off I guess.

  6. We almost always have our main meal between 12 and 1. Mostly because by 5 or so I just don't feel like doing much.
