Pineapple Pie.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Why I only woke one time through the night last night when I couldn’t hardly sleep the night before leaves me baffled. Kathy was extremely happy for me because that meant that she slept soundly as well. We were both up by 8:00 this morning feeling refreshed and watching the Weather Network while having breakfast. Their forecast for today was we could expect slightly cooler temperatures with clear skies for the day.

Kathy mentioned that she had a number of entries that she was waiting to make in her Expense Spreadsheet that I have been modifying for her over the last few days. After spending a short amount of time doing our morning computer reading I returned to the task at hand of making changes to the spreadsheet template. Kathy busied herself getting our supper going in the crock pot as well as baking a Pineapple pie. Once she had the pie in the oven she concentrated on making lunch.

Following lunch I finished verifying the working formulas that totaled all the columns listed and then the ones that categorized even those. The columns broke down many more possible expenses that will make the entries easier to determine. That will make it so that Kathy can see how much we are spending for the entire year in each category by just looking at the tally sheet at the end. By 4:00 I had copied the file to my computer from the memory stick as a backup and reinstalled it onto Kathy’s computer. I then spent the next hour explaining how it all worked and having her test it. She was very satisfied with it saying that it will actually save her a lot of work and headaches.

It covers over an acre of ground.
Supper was delicious! Not only did we enjoy pork roast with horse radish as a condiment but baked potatoes and carrots all from the crock pot. Kathy jokes that it’s nice to have someone cooking for her while she relaxed. The Pineapple pie Kathy baked from a recipe she got online was also delicious and she says she’ll be baking more of those in the future. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
