Waking up this morning seemed a difficult task. Looking at the clock showed that we had slept in but looking outside you would have sworn it was the middle of the night. The parking lot lighting is on a timer and it had shut off. Then there was a blanket of fog that did not allow you to see past the edge of the balcony.

We needed to have the lights turned on in the apartment the entire day. Imagine the fog finally lifted around 2:30 this afternoon only to be replaced by heavy clouds and a light drizzle. The sun was a no-show for the Tecumseh/Windsor area today. The sky finally did clear tonight but that was around 6:30 when it had already been dark for over an hour and a half.

Last night our daughter Karen had called us saying the family was going out so we wouldn’t get together until tonight. When Kathy spoke to her before supper about going over she informed us that everyone there was sick in bed. She thought that it was a 24 hour virus. We were silently thanking our lucky stars because if we had gone over to visit Kathy would have caught whatever it is because of her weak immune system.

Other than watching a couple of Christmas Specials on television today the most we did was work on the computers and rescheduled what and how we ate. Did you know that Christmas is only 21 days away? Are you ready? Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
