Last night I managed to sleep from the moment my head hit the pillow to the time I looked at the Clock and saw that I had slept in this morning. I didn’t need to take anything because I had taken a Tylenol the night before I knew I would sleep.

Kathy wasn’t so lucky and didn’t fall asleep until after 4:00 this morning. Having gotten up she sat at her Computer but what she didn’t do was to take a Tylenol to help her relax like I had.
It was nearly 9:00 when we got up for breakfast but it wasn’t long before we settled in at our Computers. Reading Blogs, Facebook and the News we learned that the majority of the world population was also doing exactly the same thing as a way of doing something while Self Isolating. There are some fortunate enough to have properties to walk around or things to do at their homes. At this time it makes me feel jealous.

The only thing that I can say positive about the Self Isolation at this time is that I’ve been able to stay up to date on reading all the Blogs we follow and managing to Comment on the majority of them.

Looking at ways of downsizing our Storage Unit we decided to contact our son Ken. After a short conversation we have a bit of a solution in sight. Looks like we’ll be busy outside of the Apartment for the next couple of days.
For lunch Kathy dressed up a Garden Salad with a can of Tuna, Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese. We also dressed up a dessert plate with an Apple, Clementine Orange, a couple of Cookies and a Yogurt Cup. We were more then satisfied considering our lack of activity.

While I spent more time on the Computer this afternoon Kathy needed to have a Snap to recover from her sleepless night. When she finally woke up we watched a number of different News Networks, Canadian as well as US, and the only thing they talked about was Coronavirus. These are trying times.
It was after the 6 o’clock Local News that Kathy made up Chocolate Chip Pancakes for our supper. After cleaning up the Dishes we returned to the Computers. It was after 9:00 that we both had a cup of Sleepy Time Tea in hopes that we’ll both have a good night’s sleep.

As mentioned we might be very busy working at our Climate Controlled Storage Unit for the next couple of days. I might need to play catch up later but be guaranteed I read all the Blogs on our Sidebar as they are updated. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
Krackers

Your just jealous because the voices are talking to me.

  1. Do you think all this horrible news is messing with our sleep?

  2. There is a psychological impact to this whole ordeal, for sure.. stay on top of your sleep cycles as best you can. The storage unit will help you guys keep busy. Next week, puzzles, cards... books?! Keep an eye out at what you have in that unit that could keep your mind occupied in the coming weeks.

  3. I do feel for you guys and anyone else living in a confined space, not able to get outside like we do. We certainly are blessed with our location. Stay well and as G.R. says, do what you can to keep busy so sleep comes.

  8. We are fortunate to have a large plot of land to walk around in and a bumper crop of weeds to keep me busy trying to manage.

    Stay safe.
