A Job Pattern Comment

Our Location Today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Well the giant storm of this winter arrived this morning for us. The good thing is it didn't arrive here. The weather channel said because of the temperatures here and the wind there it went  further north. The storm passed through northern Michigan crossed into Ontario above Sarnia and made a mess of things through the GTA, (Greater Toronto Area) Ottawa and through Quebec towards the east coast.
After a morning workout I finished catching up on todays blogs. By lunchtime the massive storm that we were to receive was almost nonexistant. So after we came back from swimming in the buildings heated pool we had our showers early.

While I started catching up on the afternoon posts Kathy was doing her thing in the kitchen trying a new Diabetic recipe she found. It tasted as good as it looks and is sugar free, low in carbs and low in calories.
It is a Diabetic Strawberry Cream Pie.

Reading comments from yesterday's post help to make today's title for this blog. Elaine commented that keeping track of all the blogs we  follow is almost a full-time-job. And I do agree that sometimes it takes up all my spare time which I don't have in any great supply. Then John commented there seemed to be a pattern there. Again the pattern is keeping up with the posts that you follow let alone if you fall behind and keep trying to just catch up.

Then Judy commented when do you get to get caught up on the comments after the last few days of catching up of reading blogs. The comments we receive to our post are not that many so I keep an eye on them and publish them as soon as I can. Now as far as making comments on other posts when other commenters have already said what I would have I move on, but if someones got Mechanical/Technical problems that I'm positive of the best plan of action I try to help them out. On occasion when time is on my side I might even try to make light of a situation to try and put a smile on the recipients face.

Well as long as there are no other major problems that arise in blog land or problems with the computers I'll be happy. Then I just need for the weather to steadily improve and that will make the arrival of Spring in 25 days all the more appealing.

It's about time.

  2. Trying to keep up can keep you busier than a one armed paper hanger. How did we ever find time to work?

  3. That pie looks great. Wouldn't mind having the recipe as Russ is diabetic and we're always looking for tasty treats that he can eat.

Glad the worst of the storm passed you by.

  4. Glad the storm missed you. we are getting a lot of rain and wind here in Portland this evening. I would love to have your pie recipe as I am also diabetic and I LOVE STRAWBERRIES. We just bought some berries tonight. I mix them with Yoplait lite yogurt and can count it as one fruit and one milk. Joe enjoys them too. I add some lite whip cream (from the can) to his.
