It's about time.

Our Location Today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Waking pain free this morning was a wonderful treat so right after breakfast I was able to change over our internet. The only time we ever used WiFi was when we were away at a hotel or camping in our trailer. There was a little problem with the password to our carrier so after a quick phone call we were online wire free.
It turned into a beautiful day with the temperature reaching 50 F (10 C) so off we went. First we headed to Home Depot to pick up supplies we couldn't find anywhere else. Next we headed over to the Tecumseh Mall mostly to get in more walking. We came across a new store that had opened recently called Lids. They sold all kinds of caps with team logos and then we saw that they could Embroider whatever you wanted on a hat. Kathy and I smiled at each other and went looking for what we knew we would wear then chose a colour and font styling & paid the young clerk. We left to do more walking looking at somethings we do need and others that we don't. A half hour we returned to pick up our new lids.

When we chose the name to our blog we knew it's meaning could be taken many ways. Most of us growing up often times remembered our parents or teachers berating us with the term It's about time in a scolding tone of voice. After retirement we heard It's about time in a congratulatory voice. Now we've downsized and sold our home upgraded our truck and trailer and think of our upcoming travels and say It's about time. So now we can hope our health and ability to travel continues as we all know It's about time.

Again trying to get caught up on our belated Thank You's to our blog followers we will start with Lizzie Jack from the blog Travels With Mr. Nimble who is presently still grieving the lose of her soul mate Rich, and  stuggling back problem and the urge to be on the road. Next we Thank Jackie from Fly Away Vintage who likes gathering older things especially clothing and recreating it.We'd like to Thank Ron and Sharon from the blog The Princess and The Cowboy who enjoy travelling when they can and helping their daughter getting established not only in her career but even in RVing. Now we'd like to thank Charley & Sherry Dilsworth from Sherry & Charley-Retired, Fulltiming & Lovin-It! not only for following us but sharing their experiences as well. There are special prayers for you Sherry as you prepare for hopefully a life improving step in your life. Finally tonight Thank You to a new follower Kcgaz and Tracy whose blog Adventures of a 50 year old! tells of their busy lifestyle in the working world, their children, vacationing in their RV and helping charities. Again Thank You all for following our blog and there are still more to thank.

Even though the groundhogs made the prediction for an early spring the Weather Forecast is for cooling temperatures to below freezing by the weekend.  If you are like me I'd rather have spring starting tomorrow not the official date in 43 more days. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It's about time.

Krackers

A guy shows up late for work.

The boss yells, "You should've been here at 9:00!"

The guy replies, "Why? What happened at 9:00?"
