Cancelled and Cooling Down.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

It seemed that I was back on the roller-coaster when I went to bed last night, so I tried look at what could be the cause. While I was still working, I noticed that if I went to bed too early, I had difficulty sleeping but managed to be wide awake before the Alarm would wake me up. Last night, I was tilted back in my Recliner by Midnight (12:00 EST) or 1:00 DST causing me to be awake by 7:30 EST or 8:30 DST. It seems that my Sleep Time has not changed, which is also causing the roller-coaster affect.

We had eaten our breakfast snack and were just sitting down with our Coffees at the Computers by 9:00. That was the perfect time for me to call the Physiotherapy Clinic that the Doctor from the Pain Clinic had made a Referral for me. This Physio Clinic, does not except OHIP for coverage and charges a Consultation Fee for the first visit. (Money Grab!) Our Canadian Health Care has been changing over the last few years and not for the better. It was the Physiotherapist himself that answered the phone and wasn't happy when I told him that I could not afford to visit him. He also tried to tell me that there were no Physio Clinics in the City that accepted OHIP. He didn't answer when I told him differently.

Not wanting to stay put, we waited until 1:00 before going to Tim Horton's to have a late lunch. We were so impressed with their Crispy Chicken Wraps on our last visit, that we wanted to try them again. We were surprised that it also came in the Grilled version. Both were tasty but the Grilled is heathier. We took our time and even saw the Building Maintenance Man John stop for a late lunch. The Management Company that bought our building, bought Twelve in the city of Windsor. This way the Managers and Maintenance Personal are used in multiple buildings.

We then headed over to the Credit Union so that I could deposit a Cheque sent by our Provincial Government. Of course, the place was packed with only Two Tellers, but they kept the line moving.

With bad weather heading our way later this week, we went Mall Walking at the Tecumseh Mall. It's not the smallest in the City, but it is smaller than the Devonshire Mall. The main objective was just to get some walking exercise, but we also went in a few stores. The first was Dollarama to get some Cough Drops and Christmas Napkins. We also stopped at a Clothing Store to look around for women's clothes. Kathy always says she needs clothes but won't buy them when she finds them. All their Spring, Summer and Fall clothes were "On Sale". She settled for a single pair of Pants.

We finally headed for home and were surprised how the Wind had picked up. I dropped Kathy at the front entrance while I parked the Car. It felt good to sit down, but my eyes immediately shut. It was nearly a Half Hour before they reopened.

We watched the "6 o'clock Local News" before having Perogies for supper. They are easy to cook and fill you up for the night. The Wind is getting stronger, with Rain starting tomorrow, the Temperatures are dropping with nighttime lows below the Freezing Mark, bringing Flurries early next week. Rather not be here.

We watched a couple episodes of "Mayday" this evening.

Krackers

I decided to sell my vacuum cleaner.

It was just gathering dust.
