Bad Night, Worse Day.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After spending more time in my Recliner than in Bed after repeatedly moving back and forth between the two last night, I did not feel rested when I finally started my day and when I don't feel rested, neither does Kathy.

We kept breakfast light again, yet feeling satisfied, until we went out for a late lunch. It is hard to think of cooking when you are in Pain. Though my problem started while recovering from Surgery, when I fell over injuring my Right Shoulder it seemed that everything else started falling apart. Though I have been for Physiotherapy and Pain Injections, I am not feeling any improvements.

Wanting something different for lunch, we went to Arby's where we used their Two for $5.00 menu. It also gave us the chance to visit with Wanda and people watch while we were there.

Since we had walked around the Tecumseh Mall yesterday, we headed over to the Walmart Super Store today. Both helped to wear down our lunches and to give us some walking exercise. With the closest parking spot to the door we could get was near the Grocery Section, Kathy started looking for things that we needed to eat rather than Clothing. After nearly an Hour, when we got back to the Car, we needed to find an Insulated Shopping Bag from the Cargo Area.

Kathy had tried to help carry one of the Shopping Bags from the Store, but she nearly fell over from the weight. Back at our building, by using the Insulated Bag, the Shopping Bag she had carried earlier was only a quarter of its former weight.

Minutes after putting things away, we both needed a Snap (short nap) to be able to keep going. We were watching the "6 o'clock Local News", when we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Chicken Pizza for supper. Our weather could be lousy for the next few days, with a chance of Flurries on Monday.

After cleaning up the Kitchen and the Dishes, we also watched "Matlock" and "Elsbeth" before Kathy headed off to Bed. Now her Right Shoulder is hurting from trying to carry that heavy Shopping Bag.

Here is hoping we both have a good night's sleep.
