Last night was a throwback to a couple of weeks ago. It did not help that the Pain in my Right Shoulder has continued to increase over the last few weeks. This is reminding me of what I went through with my Right Hip. Hopefully this fix will not be as dramatic as last year’s Surgery.

The discomfort got to the point that I was at my Computer by 7:30 this morning. Since my eyes would occasionally Blink, I didn’t get as much reading accomplished as I had hoped to before Kathy came out to join me.

Breakfast was a Muffin and Yogurt Cup with our Breakfast Juice. That’s perfect for washing down our morning Vitamins and Medications.

We took our Coffees over to the Computers. With my earlier start, I was able to double check the Repair List that I made yesterday, only to find that I did miss an important issue. Once that was added, it only took a minute to print out Two Copies one for our files.

I then headed downstairs with Plans to hand it directly to our Building Manager. Since Hazelview Properties owns numerous buildings in the Windsor area, it means One Manager taking care of a several Buildings. With the Office in darkness, I had to force it through the Mail Slot.

Wanting something simple for lunch, I reheated the Leftover Stir Fry so enjoyed Veggie Wraps for the meal. That also helped make space in our Fridge.

I was hoping to wait until we see our Family Doctor in Eleven more days, but Shoulder was so sore before supper I was ready to head off to a Walk-in Clinic for relief. The fact that I am Right-Handed is making this worse because always I react using that hand all the time.

Because of the Pain, we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Hawaiian Pizza for supper.

Just when we thought we were out of the woods, the Weather Guesser on the 6 o'clock Local News showed our weather roller coaster is not over yet.

After cleaning up the kitchen, we watched a few episodes of “Monk” for entertainment.

I’ve taken something to ease the Shoulder Pain tonight. Worst case scenario, I’ll find a Clinic tomorrow.

  1. Good luck with that shoulder pain. Are you using a hot pad of some sort? I have one I can reheat in the microwave and it makes a huge difference for me.
