Nacho Cheese and Wraps.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Something went right last night. After spending less than an Hour in my Recliner, I spent the remainder of the night sleeping in Bed.

This morning, it all went downhill. I had barely opened my eyes but was in the process of getting things ready for breakfast. I did not see the jar of Nacho Cheese that I had deliberately put on the counter top yesterday. The next thing I knew it was exploding off the Ceramic Tiles in the kitchen. What I had Planned on using that Nacho Cheese for today, was suddenly out the window. The Noise also woke Kathy who immediately came to investigate. She found me scrubbing the last of the splatter off the Walls, Cabinets, and Stove.

Breakfast became a snack with Coffee at the Computers. Without the ingredient that I had wanted to experiment with I couldn’t think what to make for lunch, so I came up with “Plan B”, let’s eat out.

We headed off to Arby’s where they have been serving White Fish Sandwiches that beats all the other Fast Food Outlets. They serve them when Lent starts, until Easter, but we found out something new today. They stop selling them, when their supply of Fish is used up. What a let down! Instead we settled for another promotional sandwich today and loved it. It was a Turkey Bacon Sandwich that melted in your mouth.

As we were leaving, we went to Dollarama, where we found shelves full of the Breakfast Juice that I’ve been searching for a couple of Weeks. I also got Two more jars of Nacho Cheese that I’ll use this weekend.

We then stopped at Zehr’s grocery store to get a few more things that we needed. We walked out with an array of Fruits, Vegetables, Yogurt and Cookies.

It was wonderful being outside with temperatures reaching 75 F (24 C). We also had just enough Rain to cause round marks in the Pollen Dust on our windshield before stopping.

After we got everything into the Apartment, everything was put away so I won’t lose anymore ingredients.

Lots of Vegetables were used this afternoon, in the creation of our Bacon/Veggie Wraps that we ate for supper.

We later watched a few episodes of “Monk” for entertainment.

Krackers

What’s the difference between Hanukkah and a dragon?

One lasts for eight nights, the other sometimes ate knights.
