Indoor Walking Exercise.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Again we slept so soundly last night we didn’t wake up until just after 8:00 this morning. There was a slight difference because we both finally felt like we’d rested through the night. We are both surprised that it has taken four nights sleep to recover from our Daytrip to London and back on Wednesday.

After completing our morning reading on the computers we decided we needed to get out and do some walking but since the Humidex makes it hard for Kathy to breathe we were going store walking. Since it was nearing lunch time and our breakfast was long past we stopped at the A&W on Walker Road. We enjoy using coupons in order to get our meals at a lower price. When we’d finished our meal we walked across the parking lot to the Dollar Tree in hopes of finding some crafting materials that Kathy was in need of. Unfortunately we didn’t find it there so we didn’t save any cash there.

Our next stop was at Michaels where Kathy found her materials at inflated prices but we got some exercise walking around the store seeing how it has been rearranged. Walking next door we checked out the Home Sense store amazed how things have been turned around inside. Still looking for ideas and possible gifts we drove across the street to the Home Outfitters where all we got was more walking exercise. Looking around inside Value Village we were surprised that they didn’t have their Halloween costumes out yet as most other stores do. Our last walking stop was at Canadian Tire where we managed to make a few purchases. We had previously talked about getting these items in time but because they were severely discounted for clearance we could not afford to purchase them later.

Instead of heading home we went over to visit our daughter Karen. Just as we arrived Karen and Greg were arriving on their motorcycle. They had gone out for a Sunday ride and had stopped at some of the local fruit stands in the LaSalle area. We had an enjoyable visit with them but left for home around 3:30.

We got caught up on more reading on the computers before I fired up the Weber Q. Kathy was busy adding extras to a store bought pizza for me to grill. As per usual it tasted great and grilling it outside meant we didn’t heat up the apartment.

The weather guessers are forecasting nasty weather all day tomorrow so right now we’re not sure what we’ll be doing. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
