Things are better.

Our Location Today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Yesterday I was having problems with blogger and things appearing on not only our blog but other blogs as well. There was also an error code bX-l4u1mh showing whenever I would go into design. When I signed on this morning the problem was still there but it had also started messing with my E-mail. Next step was to shut all my programs and start running scans. Running scans is something I always do weekly but an hour and forty five minutes later 48 adware cookies and 3 trogans were found and taken care of. For the next hour I had to reset a lot of my programs as all my toolbars had disappeared. Try sending messages when you no longer have a send button. Tonight our blog and all the posts we have visited no longer have those Hyper-link words buried in the blogs.

Since the weather was sunny with no visible signs of wind we set out to run a few errands and walk around. The thermometer reached 42 degrees here today. Warmer temperatures are predicted for the next two days. The only problem is the warmth will also bring rain with it. The are saying our area of Ontario can expect a green Christmas Day.

We are still getting ready to head out on Saturday to visit my son and his family for an early Christmas get together. This afternoon one of the things that needed activation was our Garmin 465T that was sent as a replacement for our last GPS. That last GPS was adding miles on to our trips. Sending us in the wrong direction. Telling us to turn long before our exit or on other occassions long after our cut-off and then recalculating. The last day we had used it, it had the equivalent of a nervous breakdown. The little vehicle on the screen started spinning in circles, screaming recalculating nonstop. We got home the old fashion way by reading the highway directional signs. We can only hope this one works better.

Until then there are still more Christmas lights to look at. Enjoy!

It's about time.

  1. Had to laugh at your description of your GPS having a nervous breakdown and running around in circles! I swear sometimes ours needs chill pills. Love the Christmas light pictures.

  2. we have a new gps...hopefully it will work better than old "sally" did..she was forever screaming at us.."make a legal uturn as soon as possible"...drove me nuts...she wanted to take us everywhere we didn't want to go and the longest route possible ..the little pea brain thingy...but that being said we never trust them completely...Rick uses actual maps..and also google maps all routes..just to be on the safe side. have a super day
