Organizing Day.

Our Location today is Alachua, Florida.

It truly felt strange sleeping in a nice toasty bed. The problem was convincing myself that I didn’t need to be awake at 4:00 in the morning and could go back to sleep. Finally by 7:45 I just had to get up and admire the sun shining into our windows.

I didn’t take long for Kathy to sense that I was not in bed so we were enjoying our breakfast before 8:30 and heading out the door by 9:00 for a grocery run. Alachua is a small community but it had everything we needed from a grocery store to a Lowe’s.
If you can't find them at a fire or the statin You'll find them at the grocery store.
Kathy continued organizing the inside of the trailer while I started cleaning the water lines of the winter anti-freeze to hooking up the cable and organizing the truck.
Our Rig at Travelers RV Campground.
Even after receiving a number of different tips on the blogger problem of not being able to post pictures since last Thursday’s post as it still continues. I have sent a number of feedback comments to Google about this problem with no resolve. I exceeded the 1 Gig quota quite some time ago and have been paying the monthly charge. Rick Doyle from Rickand Paulette’s RV Travels made a comment about joining Google+ thus eliminating any charges and giving us unlimited picture storage. I still need to be able to upload pictures from any of our computers and that is the present problem.

We have also received comments from our kids wishing they could be here enjoying the warmer Florida weather instead of scraping the ice off the car windows in the morning. After driving 1230 miles in two days to reach this warmer climate we are glad we’re here and not there.
Glad this is behind us.
Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. Welcome to the warmth, now enjoy a breather after driving the 1230 miles. I can't do that anymore these days.

  2. I use Picasa and upload my pictures from my computer directly to Blogger almost seven years now, no problem.
    Enjoy your warmer weather.

  3. I just solved a problem for another friend having problems posting pictures on her Blog. Using Windows 7 and Internet explorer 9, will not work for here. But usie another Browser like Google Chrome or Firefox and should work just fine.
