It Was Unbelievable.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Click on the pictures to enlarge.

It was unbelievable that the Cable and Internet Connection had come back on minutes before Midnight. It wasn't until moments ago that I thought it mysteriously came on at that time, like at the end of a Technician's Afternoon Shift. According to Karen at the other end of the province of Ontario, there were widespread Cogeco outages. I think they are also trying to upgrade to High-Speed Fiber Optics.

It was unbelievable that after publishing the Blog, I managed to fall asleep in my Recliner, before completely shutting off my Computer. It was unbelievable that when I woke Three Hours later, I went straight to Bed, where I slept soundly for another Four Plus Hours.

I'd barely made it to the Kitchen this morning, when I looked back to see Kathy already making the Bed. With a busy day ahead, we barely glanced at The Weather Network, before heading out the door. It was unbelievable that when we went out the rear entrance, there were Two Cogeco Utility Vans parked behind our building, while a Third was back on Riverside Drive working on the Wires in the air.

It was unbelievable when I went to sign in at the Pain Care Clinic, I was told my appointment was not until tomorrow and I had entered it incorrectly in my book. The story changed when I pulled the Appointment Card they had given me, with today's date, out of my pocket. Of course, they were so busy, we sat in the Waiting Room for nearly an Hour before I was called in. When I told them about being on Antibiotics everything came to a screeching halt. The Injections would be rendered useless due to the Antibiotics. I'll see them again in December.

With another appointment scheduled we stopped at Wendy's for lunch. We took our time eating and People Watching but we were on our way earlier than Planned.

We arrived at Hearing Life in the town of Tecumseh, minutes after 1:00. It was unbelievable the patient for that time slot had called in to cancel, which meant Kathy was brought in immediately. Kathy's Hearing Aides are working great but a person's hearing is constantly changing, so adjustments are made using the Computer at no charge. Kathy was amazed how much difference that made.

Taking the Expressway back towards Windsor. It was unbelievable that in less than Three Months since we last passed this way, Construction for a new Overpass is well underway. We had heard this had been started but didn't think they were this far into it. With Kathy's Hearing Aides working better than before, the sound of the Piledriver pounding Beams down to the Bedrock had her covering her ears in Pain.

With nothing Planned for tomorrow, we'll wait until then to finish our grocery shopping. When we arrived at our building, all the Cogeco vehicles were gone. It was unbelievable that just as we were just getting On-Line the Internet went out again. We turned the Television on to see the same blank screen we had seen last night. Ten Minutes later I was starting to fall asleep when the Newscaster started screaming from across the room, waking me with a start.

We didn't get hungry until after the"6 o'clock Local News" was finished, so we enjoyed Macaroni and Cheese for supper. We finished the evening off watching "Law and Order, Special Victims".
