I'm not going to talk too loudly, but it felt good to feel rested when I got out of Bed at 7:35. For the second night in a row, I went straight to Bed like I used to before having my Hip Surgery.
I was busy reading Blogs when Kathy came out to join me. The heavily Clouded sky was keeping the temperature well below Freezing Mark, though there would be the occasional burst of Sunlight that practically blinded us at the Computers. Since I hadn’t gotten anything ready for breakfast, we had to settle for Banana Pancakes as a way of keeping our Carbs up.
It has been a while, so we both enjoyed a warm Epson Salts Foot Bath to ease all our foot discomforts.
When it came time to make lunch, I happen to notice a couple of Beefsteak Tomatoes at the back of the Fridge that didn’t get used last week. Together with Mozzarella Cheese, they made great Grilled Sandwiches with Olives for garnishing.
The 35 MPH Wind Gusts started tapering down by mid afternoon, which helped to lower the rattling sound of the Privacy Barrier against the center Balcony Railing.
Even though we only restocked our Vegetables last week, I didn’t want them going bad. It took me longer to slice them up compared to any other time. It also took longer for them to cook because of the amount sauteing in the Wok. The Bacon/Veggie Wraps were not only tasty but filling as well, plus there is enough leftover, we’ll be having more Healthy meals this week.
Being
that it was still early, as
soon as we had eaten, I headed for shower. While getting ready, I was
looking at the Sweat
Gland Cyst
still under my arm. When I noticed that it was again growing but had
an opening, I gave it a squeeze. What came out was not what I
expected, but I am certainly feeling better with no Pain
under my arm.
With November finished, temperatures dropping and errands along with appointments, it could be a busy week to start the month of December.
