Good Sleep but Still Tired.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Though I got to sleep a bit later last night, by the time I got out of Bed this morning, I was looking forward to getting lots done. I had barely started getting things ready for breakfast when Kathy came out to join me. My morning ritual consists of opening the Balcony Blinds first, so we can get an idea of what the weather has been overnight and will be for the morning. Next, I turn on the Computers, before heading to the Kitchen to make breakfast. That was perfect, giving Kathy a chance to relax on her Computer before I brought out her French Toast for breakfast.

Besides some research and phone calls this morning, I also looked at warming up lunch, which was simply microwaving the last of the Stuffed Peppers our daughter Karen and son-in-law Greg had gifted us last month. While they were warming up, I took the time to take some Fish out of the Freezer to thaw for supper. The Stuffed Peppers tasted great and were filling enough to tide us over until supper.

Even though I was well rested, working at the Computer, soon had my eyes growing heavy. I had to walk around the Apartment a few times just to stay alert.

The problem with purchasing large portions of Meats or Fish, then cutting them in freezable portions, is that you sometimes end up with odd numbers. For supper tonight we had Sauteed Potao Slices, Zucchini and Fish. One piece of Salmon and a piece of Halibut. The freezer is now looking a lot cleaner these last few days.

After watching the "6 o'clock Local News", we later watched a "Murder Mystery". Since Kathy was starting to doze off when it ended and we had already seen the "News", when Kathy suggested watching the "11 o'clock Local News", I just shut it off and told her I'd see her in the morning. It's hard to write the Blog when there is too much noise.

We'll be out and about for certain tomorrow.

Krackers

I could tell you a joke about pizza but it’s a bit cheesy!
