Trailer Problems.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

There was no problems sleeping last night, as a fact I struggled to keep my eyes open long enough to publish our Blog. Due to my ever-increasing Neck Pain, I had no choice but to start my night in my Recliner. Somehow by tipping back like that allows my Neck to realign itself enough to ease the Pain, something laying in Bed does not allow. Last night the tiredness with the realignment of my Neck, I spent half the night in the Recliner, before going to Bed. It was my Neck Pain that woke me this morning.

It’s that time of month again that I try to use up what food we have in stock, before purchasing more. Breakfast was Yogurt Cups and the last Muffins.

While working at the Computer and seeing the clear blue skies, I started thinking of getting outside chores done, while the weather is decent. Since we were going to collect our Mail at Guardian Storage today, I thought we should check out our Storage Unit as well as the Trailer.

After having a Hotdog Wrap for lunch, we headed out the door. Kathy had brought her Jacket in case it was cold, but with our high of 70 F (21 C) it wasn’t needed.

We collected the Mail before heading in to check on the Trailer for any problems, and problems we found. The first problem was, one of the Amber Clearance Lens that has been on the Trailer since it was parked, was suddenly missing. The second problem was, someone had discarded pieces of Plywood and strips of Boards, tossed under our Trailer. It is amazing how easy it is to pull that out just by using my Cane in reverse.

After checking the inside of the Trailer and not finding any signs of Leakage I went to check the roof. The next problem had nothing to do with the Trailer. Since my Re-Re-Re-Retirement and Hip Surgery, I have not climbed any Ladders and have gained some poundage, so I did not make it to the roof today.

After quick check of our Storage Unit, showed nothing had changed since my Shoulder Injury. As we were leaving, we stopped at the Office, where I reported to Chantel that other customers were using our site as a dumping ground, instead of taking it away. As we were leaving, she was heading out to photograph the litter problem so that it would be cleaned up for us.

Back at the Apartment I gathered some tools and a Plastic Tarp, before heading outside. We haven’t used the Truck lately, so I never installed the new License Sticker. Because I have Protective Lenses on the Plates themselves. I had to lay on the Plastic Tarp, on the ground, to accomplish the task of removing the Lenses, apply the Sticker, then reinstall Lenses. What was not simple, was getting myself back on my feet. Thankfully I had my Cane and the Front Bumper to accomplish the task.

It was nearly 7:00 when we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Veggie Pizza for supper.

We later watched “Forensic Factor” then “Forensic Files” before calling it a day.

I try not to Plan on doing things, because most of the time it never happens. I’m going to work at getting back to exercising and loosing this extra weight, so we can get back on the road. It’s about time.
