Computers and GPSs.

Our Location today is Crystal River, Florida.

This morning we still seemed to be dragging from what we believe was the stress involved in driving 1230 miles in two days in order to beat the bad weather forecasted to cross our path.

Even after having a few days to recuperate I was still dealing with the frustration of not being able to upload pictures from this computer. When I first had this computer it was running Google Chrome which wouldn’t let me write the blog. So I had Internet Explorer 9 set up but with the Windows 7 operating system and a change of settings at Google the two were not compatible.
Site 181 lots of open space.
Yesterday I attempted downloading unsuccessfully the Firefox explore. This morning after breakfast I repeated the process twice more before I was successful. I can now upload pictures to our blog but it won’t allow me to Sign-in when I visit or attempt to make comments on other blog sites. Six of one problem, half a dozen of another how can you win.

Kathy had made a list of things we had forgotten at the store the other day so we set our trusty GPS for the nearest Walmart. Fifteen minutes later we arrived to a freshly renovated building that probably was a Walmart at one time. Resetting the GPS for the next closest Walmart only took us forty-five minutes to get there and once our grocery shopping was complete another thirty minutes back to the campground. We actually traveled more today than our trip between campgrounds yesterday.
Some sites are open to their neighbors but others are very private.
After we put away the groceries Kathy started making supper while I started uploading pictures on the blog starting on January 3rd 2013. That is when it suddenly dawned on me the blogger problems started at home on my PC that has Windows XP as an operating system. As Rick Doyle has said many times these kinds of problems always start after Google makes improvements to Blogger.

After supper I completed adding pictures to the last week of blog posts and hope blogger doesn’t come up with any new improvements too soon. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy! Be sure to go back and check the photos.

It’s about time.

Krackers

Why did the stupid racing driver make ten pit stops during the race?

 He kept asking for directions!
