With it still feeling Hot we left the Air Conditioner before calling it a night. After only a short time in my Recliner which is nearly in a direct line with the AC, I was off to join Kathy in Bed. The moment she touched my Cold Hand, she complained that I was too Hot. When she went to the Livingroom asking if she was alright. Without any answer we stayed there until 3:00, before shutting the AC and finally going to Bed for the final time. Like yesterday, I found myself in Bed alone with Kathy sleeping in her Recliner, so I immediately served our breakfast snack and breakfast juice at the table and Coffee at the Computers.
Since
that has not been holding us over very well,
I served a Homemade
Salad
for lunch. This time I remembered to add the
Parmesan Cheese
that I had forgotten the last time. Though I had added no Salt,
I was told that it was too Salty.
When I asked if there was anywhere she wanted to go, there was no answer. I was starting to feel hungry and since I had defrosted the Honey Garlic Spareribs overnight it was just a matter of cooking them in the oven, sauteing the Asparagus and making the Mashed Potatoes, that was served with Carbonated Juice (Fake Wine) like a celebration. Since she was still feeling hungry, I topped it off with a Frozen Yogurt Sundae.
When Kathy sees a Storm Warning/Watch on her Computer, she immediately starts to Panic. Many are Months even Years old, so I turned the Television on The Weather Channel. We saw the same thing repeatedly until we ate supper.
The normal Documentaries were not on for us to watch, so I tried a Documentary on CNN at 8:00.
Suddenly, she was gathering Papers, Books, Keys and her Purse. When asked where she was going, she said Home, that her kids were waiting for her to feed them. When I pointed to our Wedding Picture on the wall, she said that wasn’t us. Telling her that I was her Husband, she said I was not. Out the door she went and since I had just gotten comfortable, had to redress. She met me in the Hall while returning to get something that she had forgotten before leaving again. By the time I locked up and chased after her, she was already gone in the elevator. I tried calling our daughter Karen, but it went to voice mail. I texted her an Emergency Message.
Knowing that she is not fit to drive I called after her. I was told to go away, or she would call the Police. I encouraged her to do so. I suggested she talk to Karen but was told I would only call someone else. She was trying to unlock the Car, but I locked it again using my Fob. Undeterred, she tried getting in the Truck but she kept using the wrong Key.
Just then Karen called and asked to talk to Kathy. She did not want me to hear what they were saying, so I stood by the Car and Kathy by the Truck. They talked for nearly Ten Minutes, all the while Karen was getting closer to our location. When Karen arrived, Kathy suddenly disappeared. We had to call out to her, before she emerged from behind another car wiping her Eyes.
Karen drove around with her to her house in Tecumseh, where she introduced Kathy to some friends. On the way home she spoke with our son Kevin over Karen’s Bluetooth. When they came in the Apartment, Kathy was bubbly, as if what happened, did not take place. (Karen later texted me that Kathy wished her daughter Karen would visit. She hasn’t seen her in ages)
We have appointments this week, but I’ll need to make another one.

“The burdens of generations of poverty and powerlessness lie heavy in the fields of America. If we fail, there are those who will see violence as the shortcut to change.”
