I
was surprised that I was able to lean back in my Recliner
before 11:00
last night. I woke less than Two
Hours
later, so I headed to bed where
we use our CPAP
Machines.
I stared at the ceiling for the next Hour
before returning to my
Recliner
for the second time in one night. I slept soundly for Three
Hours,
before heading to bed and
my CPAP
Machine
for the second time in one night. Even though I
did not set the Alarm,
I
was wide awake
Three
Hours
later, so I could get things ready for our yearly Fire
Inspection.
After getting things ready for breakfast I needed to wake Kathy. I tried kissing her on the forehead but that didn’t work, so I opened the Window Blind, she pulled the covers over her head. This time I slid the covers down and held on to them before giving her a kiss. That was when she noticed I was already dressed. She practically jumped out of bed, when I reminded her about the Inspection.
We settled for Cereal for breakfast, before taking our Coffees to the Computers. I’d barely started reading the Blogs on our sidebar when I heard voices in the hallway. I checked it out to find the Assistant Manager with Two Firefighters, going from one unit to another making the inspections. If nobody answered the door, the AM opened the door, called out for a response then watched as they check, before locking up when they left. They not only check the Smoke Alarm, but the Fire Alarm itself. As they entered our Apartment, they radioed the number before checking the Fire Alarm. The person responding was apparently at one of the City’s Fire Halls.
I also tried registering to vote for the upcoming Provincial Election of Ontario. I tried doing it On-Line but due to the fact that we had a Mailing Address and a Living Address, it would not go through.
We again kept it simple by having Tuna Sandwiches for lunch along with a Yogurt Cup and Two Cookies for dessert.
We’ve both been having a lot of discomfort with our feet lately, so it was time to have an Epson Salt Footbath to help us out. I trimmed all of Kathy’s toenails but One. That One I have to use a Die Grinder because it tends to curl downwards into the toe. It has been over Fifteen Years, but it is starting grow outwards instead of digging in.
We spent some time watching a US News Media as the Salvage Crew recovered parts of the Fuselage and one of the Engines from the Washington crash sight. We also heard that the Trade Tariffs have been put on hold for another month.
We shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Veggie Pizza for supper while watching the 6 o’clock Local News. They told us the same things we already knew but added the roller coaster Weather Report for our area. It is definitely still Winter, even though we’ve gained an extra Hour of daylight between Sunrise and Sunset, today’s Rain kept us under Cloudy skies.
After doing up the Dishes we watched “9-1-1: Lone Star”, “Rescue: High Surf” and “Sight Unseen”.

Why so golfers wear two pairs of pants?
In case they get a hole in one.
