I'm hoping to continue sleeping at night, without jinxing myself and I'll take every minute of sleep I can get.
Kathy was a little surprised to hear the outside temperature at that early hour was only 41 F (5 C), Bayfield, Ontario was at 45 F (7 C) at that time, and they are over a Hundred Miles (a Hundred and Sixty Kilometers) further north than we are. Looking out our Balcony Door, we were happy to see that yesterday's Rain had dried off the pavement.
Again, our Muffin and Yogurt Cup breakfast held us over until lunch, where we shared a Home-Made Salad. Adding Onions, Mushrooms, Bacon and sliced Cherry Tomatoes, after applying Italian Dressing, I also added Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Kathy gave me an "A" for presentation and taste.
After receiving a reminder call for an appointment for tomorrow, we indulged ourselves with a Epson Salts Footbath, in an attempt to ease some of the Pain and Discomfort we are both experiencing. Even though I keep reminding Kathy that we should be doing this Weekly, she declines the offer, but as soon as I set up to do my own feet, she is very ready to participate.
As supper was approaching, I tried getting an earlier start at making it, but it seemed that I had to keep taking breaks, because it seemed that my get up and go, got up and went. I kept the burner on the simmer mode, so I knew it would not burn while I sat to recover. Unfortunately, that was also adding to the time before we ate supper. Kathy made the suggestion that solved the problem. We had Macaroni and Cheese for supper. We also have at least Six Servings of Stir-Fry that can be served a variety of ways over the next Week.
We later watched the "11 o'clock Local News". We've got more wet and cooler weather heading our way.
