We definitely weren’t thinking too clearly when we went to bed last night. Even though we had run our Blue Flame Heater for a short while last evening we didn’t run it through our sleeping hours. We had on our Summer Weight Sleepwear, our Summer Weight Bamboo Bed Sheets and the Temperature hung around the 41 F (5 C) mark. When you are constantly waking because you are shivering so much it’s not surprising that you would sleep later then you anticipated. The first thing we discussed at breakfast was our plans for the day. The second thing we agreed on was changing to our Winter Weight Fleece Bed Sheets. Even though we made it a Two Cup morning because we were so cold they didn’t take long to drink.

After changing the Bed Sheets and sorting the rest of the Laundry we had our lunch before I headed out the door. I loaded the Shopping Bag of Books in the Car before loading the Trash and Yard Waste into the Truck.

My first stop was at the Compost Bin behind the Maintenance Building. The next stop was the Trash and Recycle Area to get rid of the rest of the waste. Finally I ended up at the Park Laundry Room where I had no problem getting all the Washers I needed to get our extensive wash accomplished.
I had just finished getting everything going when I saw Kathy arrive at the Park Exchange Library. Whenever we travel or we are here at the Park Kathy takes advantage of the Book Exchange Libraries. She reads between Seventeen to Twenty-Four Books a month and if she paid full price it would be more then she could afford. By the time she exchanged her Eighteen Books and I loaded them in the Car it was time to go move my Laundry.
Once everything was moved to the Dryers I walked back Home. The first thing I did was to bring Kathy’s Books in from the Car. The next thing I did was to mow the grass. This past week we’ve either not been Home or it has been raining a lot.
By the time I got Home with all the folded Laundry it was past 5:00 and we were both starting to feel hungry. While Kathy made and cooked the Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms I was outside grilling Spare Ribs on our Weber Q. Everything tasted wonderful and we weren’t feeling stuffed. Kathy had noticed our Bananas were getting a bit too ripe so she had me mash them up while she made them into a Banana Pudding. I’ve never tasted a Pudding that good.
While on Facebook Market Place this evening Kathy found what we have been looking for at a cheaper price and was able to get a confirmation time about getting it from the seller. We are hoping this person doesn’t let us down like the others this week. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. Though it was your day off you certainly had a very busy but productive day.

  2. Dinner looks fabulous ... and pudding to boot. I've never made it from scratch. I finally had to put my flannel sheets on also, though it is supposed to heat up again next week. Glad you found your "item".

  3. Dinner looks wonderful! Haven't put our flannels on yet, but soon I'm thinking. I love portobello mushrooms, and stuffed would even be better!
