Chore Day and Blogger.

Our Location today is Crystal River, Florida.

This has got to stop! Me waking up hours before I need to that is. After laying in bed for over a half hour this morning I finally got up just before 7:00 opened the curtains in the rear bedroom and fired up the computers. Luckily Kathy has been tired the last few days so she slept in until nearly 8:00 before we had our breakfast.

Since we already have reservations to attend the Tampa RV Show this week we’ll be leaving Rock Crusher RV Resort on Wednesday. Instead of waiting until the day before Kathy likes to get things done ahead of time just in case something unforeseen pops up. So after lunch I headed to the laundry room while Kathy vacuumed the trailer and scrubbed things down.

By the time I returned with the folded clothes she was making her entries on the spread sheet I had created for her the other day. The automatic calculations were not giving her the same answer as the calculator. I reworked the formula and still came to the same answer. I finally used the calculator myself to find out that it was not the spread sheets fault.

Kathy always keeps an eye on our credit card charges by checking daily on-line. Suddenly she was asking me about charges made to our card on Tuesday knowing full well that we never used our card last Monday or Tuesday. I was on the phone for nearly a half hour with the fraud division of our credit card company. Since we will be at the RV Show through the weekend they will have to wait until Friday to send out our replacement cards that we’ll get on Monday. This is not our first time dealing with this so we knew what to do and that is why Kathy always keeps a close watch on our accounts.

Recently I had been having trouble posting pictures to our blog. Part of the problem was the incompatibility of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Windows 7. Using Google Chrome and Windows 7 I couldn’t even write the blog so for the last few days I had been using Firefox as a search engine. The only problem was that when I visited other blog sites I could not sign in as a follower. Tonight blogger kicked me out of our blog and would not let me sign in.

I am presently signed into Internet Explorer to write the blog but Chrome won't work and Google is no longer working with Firefox so i'm back to not posting pictures. Oh the joys of working with blogger. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. I'm sure you already know this...but just in case you don't....download and run a free program called Ccleaner....short for crap cleaner... It might help clear up some of these problems. Only download from a trusted site, however....I use CNet...the online tech magazine. I have tried all the other browsers and now only use FireFox. I run Ccleaner after every internet session. You'll be amazed how much junk you accumulate.

  2. Good luck with you Blogger problems. Have no idea why you are having such issues, we have been using Firefox for 7 years now and Chrome since its inception on all our windows computers. Sounds kinda strange.
