Scorching Day

Our Location Today, Middlebury, Indiana, U.S.A.

The weather people predicted a warm one for us in Middlebury so we chose to make it a mild activity day. I turned on the AC at 7:00 this morning and it still felt a touch on the warm side in the trailer by noon. Resetting the thermostat by a few degrees made it much more tollerable for this afternoon inside. Besides being in the region we are there is not too many shops open because most still observe Sundays as the Lord's Day and a day of rest with family.
Kathy managed to work on a small project she had brought along for just such an occasion. Myself  having worked around high temperatures throughout my carreer found it surprising that I am having problems dealing with them now. My afternoon was spent prepping our tire monitoring system and booster for installation on Wednesday when the temps are looking to be much more comfortable for finishing the outdoor projects that will be needed for our upcoming travels.
The rest of the evening will be spent relaxing and getting ready for another day of adventure tomorrow. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It's about time.

Michael Scott: Why have I stayed at Dunder Mifflin for so long?

Certainly not  the paycheck. Because I could be making more money as

a doctor or a professional athlete. I think it's because they respect me.

A boss that will not fire you even though you just told him off right to his face

over the phone. That's respect.
