Having to get up to the sound of an Alarm, has long lost its appeal to me now that I am Re-Retired. Unfortunately, Kathy had a make-up appointment this morning and it was all because of me. She likes for me to attend her appointments with her in case she doesn’t quite understand what the Doctor is saying. Unfortunately, her last appointment fell on a day that I had to stay home, in preparation to a Medical Test, so it was rescheduled.
We
only had time to have a Juice
with our Medications
and getting dressed before heading out the door. We arrived at her
Rheumatologist's
Office
with a few minutes to spare and barely had time to see any
News
Reports
on the Television, before being called in. The Doctor
was happy with the results of Kathy’s Blood
Test.
Now he will see her in
Six Months,
instead of Monthly
and she only needs a Blood
Test
every other month, instead of Monthly.
We’ll see how that works out, being that she’ll still
be
on the same Dosage
during that time.
We stopped at Wendy’s for their $4.00 Breakfast Special. We each had a Bacon/Egger Sandwich and Coffee and were satisfied.
EMS was busy this morning, having us pull over Three Times as we headed towards Guardian Storage. I mentioned yesterday about wanting to fill my Parts Organizers, well that meant going to my Storage Workshop and collecting the Components I didn’t want falling out of the Truck last year. We also stopped at the Trailer, checking to see that everything was secure and no inside Leaks.
We were both tired from the early hour and simply headed back to the Apartment. We finally had the chance to turn on our Computers. After reading the recently published Blogs we follow, it was time to check the News. Lots of that is BS and a waste of time reading, while a few offer insight about our Health, others give opposing views.
It was past 1:30 when we had Soup for lunch.
Tired of the Computer, I partially organized some of the Connectors that will be added to my Portable Hardware Store.
The 6 o’clock Local News was just finishing when we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Veggie Pizza. This had so much on it, there was no room to add anything. We were satisfied for the night.
Tomorrow we’ll see what else we can accomplish.
