Our Turn

Our Location Today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

With the cloudy cooler weather in the area this morning we took our time getting things done around the apartment. Shortly after 11:00 we had an early lunch and then headed off to work on the trailer. We made a quick stop at Home Depot to return two bags of the sealer sand and pick up an 18 inch length of heavy wire.
By noon we were at the trailer and Kathy was again fine tuning the organizing of the linen storage. I finished the mounting of the television in the front bedroom as the other day I was short one cable to finish the job. Kathy and I then installed all the batteries in the remote controls, clocks, flashlights and other little gadgets. We managed to hang a photo history of our Camping and Rving together. Additional fire extinguishers were added and finally I replaced the outdoor porch light with a LED Sensor Light.
By this time it was after 4:00 so we headed over to KFC for a quick supper. Being Wednesday evening we then headed to Amherstburg for our weekly visit with Kevin and Melissa. No matter what is happening in their lives or ours we always have an enjoyable visit. We also made plans to bring the trailer over next week to complete the present modifications we are working on and wash the winter grime off as well.
Sully tired from working all day.

Garfield didn't like the sound of the camera.
On the way home we stopped at our friend Don's home to see where is the best place to bring the truck in for it's Annual Safety Certification. It is a requirement of any vehicle over a half ton capacity in the Province of Ontario. Since Don left the dealership I have not been too happy with the service I have been receiving. All these things and more must be completed within the next 18 days when Kathy and I hit the road. Even Summer is only 35 days away as well.

It's about time.

Resume Blunders

People have sent me resumes with the words "fast paced"

spelled incorrectly. I have seen "face paced," "fast paised,"

and my favorite one of all times, "fast paste."

  1. You seem like very organized people, the way you are methodically getting things ready for your launch. I like that.
