Laid Back but not Lazy Day.

Our Location Today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

We are definitely happy that the Flu bug we had  has finally Flown The Coop for certain. No more achiness or stuffy head feelings. Now like I said yesterday if we could only sleep. Kathy and I are still taking turns tossing and turning so much through the night that we finally get up to sit in the living room recliner. On occassion we might even have fallen asleep only to snap awake thinking it's time to go back to bed. Once we get back to bed the tossing and turning starts all over again. The weird part is this has happening to the both of us. Only that when one of us is awake the other is sleeping. This happens back and forth all night long for the last six to seven nights. Very weird indeed! When we finally wake for the day we don't feel well rested.

We spent the rest of the morning and part of the afternoon reading Blogs and E-mails. Then Kathy went back to her research for our up coming trips and I went back to my data entries. We planned a trip to the pool but there wasn't time to fit it in so we may do that tomarrow.

We went out to pick up one of Kathy's prescriptions that had gone missing after I called it in last Wednesday. The drug store kept saying they had not gotten a response from the Doctor's office, and the Doctor's office was saying they had FAXed out the Okay twice already. Back at the drugstore when they finally got the Okay from the Doctor they tried to submit the claim to the Medical Insurance and kept getting denied being told that prescription had just been put through at the drugstore that we used to deal with across town. The Doctor's office had notified the wrong drugstore even though they were told we no longer dealt with them. We gave them our new address and the address of the new drug store we'd be dealing with.

We made a short visit to our daughter Karen's after supper we usually go on Sunday evening but  they had a family outing scheduled that night. Kathy brought over her date sandwich cookies and Karen sent us home with a couple of big pieces of chocolate cake with vanilla icing.  It was yummy! She was telling us that there is worm going around attacking the Windows systems on the computers at her workplace and it's causing chaos in their data base.
North bound towards Yellowstone Park
All the snow we had received last week has melted the last few days. Tonight as we were going to Karen's a fine wet snow was coming down. Thank goodness it's only another 63 days to the start of Spring. We aren't too anxious! Enjoy!
It's about time.

George: "My dog likes to sit down each evening and surf the Net.”

Jon: "What a very intelligent animal you have!"

George: "Not really, it took the cat three weeks to teach him."
