Back To The Roller Coaster

Back on the sleepless roller coaster, I finished the night where it started in my Recliner. The time I spent in Bed was staring into the darkened room, with no sense of falling to sleep. Part of that problem had to do with the Neck Pain I've been experiencing for years. At lest being in the reclined position, seemed to realign my Neck and eased the Pain. It was 8:30 before I woke this morning.

Since I had not slept well, I suspected that neither had Kathy, so I simply let her sleep a while longer. I had practically finished my morning reading, an Hour later when she came out to join me. It was another snack breakfast, to use up some leftovers.

When Kathy had her fall on the downstairs Treadmill last week, the belt had ground the skin on her legs and hands. This was caused by her connecting the Safety Cord to her Top and not her waistband. Today we had to work on her Right Knee, that she has kept covered since the incident, even though everyone has told her to leave it uncovered when she could. Hopefully, she'll start doing what is recommended.

Due to our inactivity, we shared a Caesar's Salad for a late lunch.

In response to a Comment, we all know to not delay important things we want to do in life, but sometimes even the best laid plans can put the brakes on things like travel. Between Medical, Mechanical and Financial things are not as easy as when we were Fulltime Rvers. In order for Kathy and I to make the trek back to Quartzsite, probably won't happen this coming winter.

For a very late supper, we enjoyed Bacon/Veggie Wraps.

Later we watched a couple episodes of "Forensic Files" before watching the "11 o'clock Local News". We could be seeing some Rain, along with cooler Temperatures around here soon.
