Both Busy Day

Our Location Today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Kathy and I can't wait for our new mattress to be delivered next week because we both slept like XXXX and woke almost as tired as when we went to bed. But looking out at the beautiful sunny skies we knew we had to get our work completed or at least make a dent in it.

After breakfast I confirmed the status of Kathy's PC at the repair shop and started gathering things to bring with me to the trailer. Kathy in the meantime had been busy baking a pumpkin pie that will also add to our waistlines during tomorrows Easter celebration.
Another early lunch today so I could keep making progress on the trailer. I had a problem fastening some of the bolts that held the two battery racks in place so that was overcome with the use of a different tool. Next I made progress on the two drawers that will be used for clothing in the rear bedroom. I had to relocate a vertical brace and fasten the glides on the drawers but need to add a backup piece of material behind the front framing. The material in place is 3/4 of an inch thick and the hole nearest the end of the glide is 1 inch so that 's where the extra material is needed. I used the remainder of my time replacing the bulbs throughout the trailer with LEDs but again another problem. We had purchased 36 LEDs and had miscounted. We needed another 6 of the same size and two smaller ones.

By the time I got home Kathy was just finishing an Easter Cake to add to all the goodies for tomorrow. We were both so tired we went out to the Michigan Diner for supper. Tonight we enjoyed their Two Piece Broasted Chicken dinners and throughly enjoyed them. We have yet to have a meal there that we were disappointed with.
With other projects that we promised to do for our kids it seems time is quickly starting to fly by. That means I'll have to pick up the pace to get everything accomplished on time for us to leave for our first trip this year in 57 days which also leaves Summer only 74 days away. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It's about time.
