Cooler Temps and Riding Around The Park, Back To Walmart and Another Movie.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Sleeping with the AC off and the Windows open for a second night made a big difference on how I slept but where it makes me feel better it is bothering Kathy’s Allergies. Another thing is that we seem to be waking at a more consistent time in the morning.

We were both finishing our Coffees at the Computers shortly after 8:30 this morning. Even before trying to go On-Line I counted 28 WiFi Connections this morning so when nothing would connect we simply started working on chores that needed to be done.

Kathy is still playing catchup with her Data Entries on our Expenditure Spreadsheet after having just found a bunch of receipts from while we were away that she had packed when we were emptying the Trailer. We seem to be a society that creates a lot of Trash and Recycle because I just brought a load the other day and now today I had nearly as much to take away.

Before I headed out the door Kathy reminded me that it was lunch by warming up the Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup along with Jell-O for dessert that she made the other day. It all tasted wonderful and not overfilling.

The Forecast for today had been Sunny this morning and Cloudy this afternoon. There had been such a heavy Cloud Covering with a Northerly Winds that the Golfers were all wearing Long Pants with Jackets. It only took a few minutes to walk over to the Park Trash and Recycle Area with only a short stop to get a puppy fix with Tim’s Boxer. When I got back Home I simply got the Tandem Bicycle ready before asking Kathy. She missed riding as much as I did so it only took a couple of minutes to be ready to go.

We rode every street in the Park and even rode by the 19th Hole Restaurant and the Park Office to add a little distance. With the High Humidex that we had for the last short while there was no way Kathy could ride in that heat.

When we got back Home we sat outside under the Gazebo to cool down and enjoy the change of view. Hugh spotted us sitting there and came over to talk for a bit before getting a Phone Call. He is 85 and decided to live with his daughter’s family in Winnipeg. The call was from the second couple that had seen his trailer and were coming back to talk. We wished him luck as he went back to his Trailer.

Kathy realized that even though we picked up groceries at Walmart in Amherstburg we didn’t have any Fruits or Vegetables on hand.  We decided to rectify the situation and headed back to Walmart in Amherstburg. There were lots of people there today but we still managed to get what we needed. We also went to Dollarama to get a few things that are much more economical.

We were Home shortly before 5:00 and once everything was put away we had supper. After we did the dishes Kathy did some rearranging in the fridge while I went out to cover up our Tandem Bicycle. As soon as we were done we sat down to watch another movie that we had purchased at Walmart in Parker Arizona.

What we are doing tomorrow we don’t know yet but the rest of the week we’ll be busy every day. I needed to run new Cables for the Wilson Antenna to the roof and tomorrow the forecast is for more Rain. Hope this cooler weather holds out. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
