Made A Plan, Shocking Research and “Monster-In-Law”.

Our Location today is at Windsor, Ontario.

We both slept like a couple of rocks last night which helped us to wake up totally refreshed. Since we weren’t out in the Fresh Air yesterday we didn’t feel like we’d been drugged. Our day started a little earlier then it did yesterday but my problem was I made a Plan and you’ve read what normally happens to my Plans.
This was as sunny as it got today.
Breakfast was just Cereal before heading to the Computers to find out what was happening in the world. Even though lots of places are about to reopen to get the economy rolling again it still scares us because the number of Cases and Deaths are continuing to rise especially around us.
With the temperatures still in the lower Forties we didn’t need a heavy meal to keep us going so we had Baked Beans on Toast for our late lunch along with an Orange, a Brownie and a Yogurt Cup for dessert.

While having any meal we often talk about things from our past and find it incredible when it happened in both our lives. Names people were given back then everyone just thought it was a normal word and never thought anything about it.

Our stomachs must be shrinking because we had to let our meal settle so we went back to the Computers. If you remember I mentioned about researching things on Google it was our granddaughter who taught us that. I started checking what that name given to certain people was back in the 1950s and was shocked. Back during our growing years we thought it exceptable but it was actually a Religious Slur. Especially in a day that being politically correct we would be ashamed to use that word.
Before I realized the time the 6 o’clock Local News was starting. When Kathy checked the Freezer she found the perfect quick meal for us. Fifteen Minutes later we were sharing a Store Bought Medium Thin Crust Pizza done just the way we like it. No dessert required.

After the News we did up the dishes before watching the movie “Monster-in-law” starring Jane Fonda and Jennifer Lopez. It was funny when we saw it at the movies and just as funny tonight.

Tomorrow we’ll try doing things without making Plans. Maybe then they’ll happen. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. Are your brownies store-bought or homemade?

I would trade temperatures with you in a New York minute. Thankfully, we only got up to 92 as a cool front brought the temps down from 105 degrees yesterday.

I hope your plans pan out tomorrow.
