Draggy Day

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Both Kathy and I slept so little last night that our backsides were dragging all day. Of course with the lack of sleep neither of us opened our eyes until nearly 9:30 so we were late getting to everything. Kathy feels like she is fighting a cold and says she’s feeling stuffed up making it difficult to breathe. By the time we finished breakfast and we had read the blogs and our E-mails it was nearly 11:30 before Kathy managed to get started on her recipe card box and I started my exercises.
Even though I’m basically just getting back into routine I still tend to push myself just a bit harder each time in an attempt to get myself back to where I was years ago even though I personally know that is something that becomes more difficult as we age.
The weather was much cooler today then yesterday with gusty winds and rain that kept changing throughout the day. After lunch we both went back to doing what we needed doing until Kathy just had to take a break in the recliner for about fifteen minutes. She felt more refreshed afterwards but still stuffy.
Many of the RV blogs I have been reading who were getting ready to head south have been having problems in leaving. Many of them have had delays due to colds and flu problems while others have had problems with their RVs suddenly develop.
With supper over and the 6 o’clock News finished we were really starting to drag so we will be hitting the bed early tonight. We’ll hope that tomorrow will be the start to another new adventure especially since Christmas is only 67 days away. Thanks for following and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

Krackers

Doctor, doctor, I can't get to sleep.

Sit on the edge of the bed and you'll soon drop off.

  3. Good luck with catching up. For me the earlier we go to bed the earlier we get up. Go to bed 9:30 up and 5:30 and thats fine with us.
