After sleeping fairly well for the last Three Nights, I can only hope that it continues, but know that it is bound to end soon.
One thing I have noticed is that I have been late getting to Bed and waking early. The amount of time spent between both the CPAP Machines has been within the same range as the last few weeks, but sleep is not guaranteed. In a recent Comment the question of my sleepless nights was raised, and the answer is simple. One of the biggest Side-Effects of having Sleep Apnea is Insomnia. That means you may be lucky to breath all night with the assistance of an Appliance or CPAP Machine, but you could be staring at the ceiling, or figuring how to do a job, or even be thinking about a movie or song that you recently experienced, because you can’t stop thinking at the end of your day. It is even worse if you are a person that works or has worked Swing Shifts because your body’s not able to set its Biological Clock.
Tips
for
fixing that, is to have regular sleep hours, don’t have late night
Snacks,
avoid
Alcohol

Phone
in
the Bedroom.
There was no Rain to worry about today, but the sky remained hazy. Being on the Eighth Floor makes it easy to see the separation of the Smoke and the Fresh Air, which was very noticeable by simply looking up at the Clear Blue Sky above.
Besides clearing the Fridge of Leftovers for lunch, we also enjoyed Sauteed Asparagus, Potato Slices and Honey Garlic Spareribs for supper.
Besides accomplishing a number of things today, we also watched a few episodes of “Forensic Files” this evening. For tomorrow, we already have a list of things to accomplish.

I hate those nights, waking up and then your brain starts thinking..then you know you're up for good. Dinner sounded wonderful!
