Time To Fall Back.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After having such a busy day, yesterday, it was surprising to me that I struggled again to sleep last night. I actually did sleep but kept waking multiple times through the night. I even got up around 4:12 to take an Extra Strength Tylenol, to ease the Shoulder Pain I was feeling but that barely lasted until 7:30.

I probably dozed few times at the Computer before Kathy joined me, but that was probably due to the research that I was doing.

When I visited the Pain Clinic this past week, the Doctor said that he wanted to send me for Physiotherapy and would refer me to one that he said his patients were happy with. (Or were they?) Thursday, I received a call, setting up an appointment, though it was difficult understanding the heavy accent, so they sent me the information package by E-Mail. As I was filling in the Questionnaire this morning, it wasn't until I got to the last page, that it said I was personally liable for the $160.00 Payment for each visit. With extended Medical Coverage that sounded like a Scam. I immediately wiped out all the information and hit the Unsubscribe button.

Our breakfast snack lasted until we had a Homemade Italian Salad for lunch. Though it is not much, it seems to gas us up, to the point that we are not Hungry through the remainder of the day.

The first thing we did after lunch, was to enjoy an Epson Salts Foot Bath and Pedicure. It is amazing that not only does it make our feet feel better, but it helps us to relax as well.

On the "11 o'clock Local News" last night, the Weather Guesser said there was a good chance we'd see showers today. We'd had Sunny skies this morning, but by 2:00 this afternoon, everything was dripping wet.

With nothing listed for us to watch on television this evening, we watched the matinee version of "Fantastic Beasts". The Sun was again shining when the movie ended.

Though we weren't feeling very hungry, we had Macaroni and Cheese for supper.

It's that time of year again, but I am not going to worry about changing our Clocks back in the morning, because they are already done and it appears the Battery in one will need to be replaced. For those who have forgotten, "It's Time To Fall Back" tonight.

With no Rain in the forecast for tomorrow, we could be out and about.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!
