I was again blessed to have another fairly restful night’s sleep. Two in a row has become my new normal so when I get these few more in a row, it will be appreciated.

I was just getting things readied for breakfast when Kathy came out to join me. She still does not remember holding Hands when I join her in Bed, but she does remember tapping the Bed most of the night, to know that I am there next to her. It was just over Seven Hours combined that I was connected to the CPAP Machines last night which helps the body to heal.

Muffins and Yogurt Cups seem to be a fitting breakfast lately, but instead of coffee, we enjoyed Hot Chocolate while working at our Computers.

Looking out the Balcony Door, the sky appeared Sunny until around 10:00 when the Haze from the Wildfires again added its own touch of gloominess to our day.

Around noon we started watching an episode of “Mayday” a program that shows Plane Crashes and what was finally determined to be the Official Cause. All these investigations have led to changes in Rules, Regulations and Designs in Aviation Safety. Even though Kathy loves to watch these programs because they are based on actual cases, she has watched so many of these shows, that she will never fly again.

For lunch we settled on having Baked Beans on Toast. They are full of Fiber and Iron.

With more Medical Appointments for the both of us this week, there was more paperwork and research to get taken care of today.

We shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Pizza for supper, before watching the movie “The Lost City”, a Comedic Adventure Spoof that kept us laughing throughout most of it.
