Though I spent almost as much time in my Recliner as I did in Bed last night, most of that time was spent trying to sleep. That’s right, most of the night I was laying there with my eyes closed, hoping to fall asleep. I finally just started my day before 7:30.
Besides getting things partially ready for breakfast, I also had the chance to start reading some Blogs. Kathy had the chance to get some extra sleep, only to join before 9:00. When I don’t sleep well neither does she, so I let her sleep longer when that happens.
We
spent long enough to
have
our breakfast snack at the table, before
taking our Coffees
to our Computers.
This time I was not reading Blogs
but bring up our Medication
Spreadsheet.
With that open, I started rearranging the Table
to make the work surface I
would need. It was then necessary to
retrieve
our Medication
Bag
along with the recently added Pharmaceuticals
and Vitamins
we recently purchased.
Our daughter Karen called to see how we were doing and to confirm tomorrow’s Easter Dinner. She has been extremely busy at work this week.
When I am rushing to do something, but still need to have a meal, sharing a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Pizza seems to satisfy our appetites, and is quick to cook all while I continue to get ready for doing the Doucettes. Finishing old medications before using the new, adds to the amount of Time needed to complete the chore, and there were a lot of bottles to go through.
It was close to 3:30 when I stopped for a break, Kathy had a sliced Apple while I had a Mandarin Orange. It was enough to help me complete my chore.
When that was finished, I had to upgrade the Spreadsheet before cleaning things up. There is over Thirty Empty Vitamin Bottles and Twenty Empty Medication Vials that will be heading to the down to the Recycle Bins.
It was past 7:00 when Kathy suggested we share a Store-Bough Thin-Crust Medium Chicken Pizza for a late supper.
We later watched a couple episodes of “Bones”.
Kathy and I want to wish all our Family, Friends and Readers, a Happy Easter, whichever way you wish to celebrate it.

ReplyDeleteHappy Easter....you can order vitamins in bulk on Amazon that will probably be a whole lot cheaper than ending up with over 30 empty vitamin bottles at at time.
